About Me

About Me:

I am a Pilot. I have a passion for both flying and horology. My passion in watches lies mainly in the history of iconic watches, watch complications, dive watches, pilot watches and microbrand watches. Tool watches to be specific. I believe that watches are not only for fashion but they serve as excellent tools in many different areas. It can most clearly be seen in Diving and Flying.

My passion for Microbrand watches is about seeing the brand grow and seeing what they have to offer. Most of the watch market is saturated with mundane and similar watches. When a microbrand announces a campaign on a crowd funding site, I get really excited. Those microbrands will have to offer something unique in order to get the campaign rolling and survive in the watch market. I really like the uniqueness and ambitions that microbrand watches offer.

Watch I wore to my Highschool Graduation. Nice classic piece, not too overwhelmingly large; a nice comfortable, humble 34mm. Gold bezel and grey dial really goes well together!
